Costumer service is terrible, food is sometimes decent.

Great food friendly people

Salad bar was good. Pizza bar, however, was understocked until just before I left.

The building stunk like musky moldy smell. We even moved seats and to no avail. There is water damage on the back walls- with what looks like black mold on it. They brought out cheese dippers that were not cooked- it was all dough in the middle. Grease was falling off of the pizza. We had to ask for our cups, salad plates, and they brought our cheese dippers and pizza out at separate times- no plates either time. Horrible experience. Won’t be back. The health department would shut them down for the water damage, smell ALONE. $43 down the drain because the food wasn’t even edible.

The place is great. It has good food and the pizza is fresh. The calizone is great, i took it home and food is excellent. Good work! !!

This place has really improved over the past few months!! Glad to go back in there now! Good food again and a clean place again too!

I like the people there and they are very kind. The food is okay.

Waitress sneezed in her hands and continued gathering a guest order did not wash her hands. My ham and cheese was a go order it was dehydrated meat cheese and the bread was to hard to bite. Ended up throwing 3/4 of it away

They have a good salad bar with a big selection. The restaurant is very clean and we recieved our pizza in a timely fashion. The drive thru however is a bit of a different story. We have been through there several times and they always seem to mess something up on our order. It's definitely best to dine in.

Always a great clean place to eat.

Admittedly were really busy, but that didn't account for the CHAOS that was this visit. Dirty bathrooms, sticky tables, and when we finally asked enough times and got the food they forgot to tell us was ready, it was soggy. I watched them scoop it into another box back in the kitchen, maybe to look more presentable?

When we got our pizza we discovered that the crust had sugar on it. I must have been making cinnamon rolls or something sweet and not cleaned the board before they made the pizza crust.

Salad bar was wiped out at 1230, pizza selections were limited & nothing new put out

Not the friendliest, seemed to be in a bad mood. But pizza was right at least. Not sure if I will go back.

Good food and great service. This location is a great place for a private meal.

If I could rate lower than the one stay I would. I ordered our dinner around 8:25. It being the Sapulpa store I knew it most likely be about an hour even though given ETA is 34-44 min they never show on time. Order gets here and there's no salad (my dinner). Rest of the food was here. We called the Sapulpa store and they said they'd send it out and that was at about 9:30. Well now having to waiting another hour to get a salad. It's now 10:30 and still no salad and now store is closed. Needless to say I never got my dinner that I paid for.

Food was good but staff seemed unorganized

Had not been there until they offered cauliflower crust pizza. It was tasty and was a good choice. However, the onions were supposed to be cooked. I had asked before ordering. Onions were very raw when the first pizza arrived. The 2nd version, without onions, was very good.Seems the (new) cauliflower crust is more sensitive to over cooking. This explains why the crust could not be cooked more. Will order without onions from now on.

This place is pretty good, I'm not too keen on this locations buffet but the bathrooms are very nice, and the people working there try to give their best service. Just a few times I've come in its been kinda weird and sketchy but that's Supulpa honestly, not the business it's self.They Also have an interesting salad bar, it's not like any others I've seen from a Mazzios, it just has more options.

Food is always wonderful my kids always love when we eat here! They have buffet on certian nights. They also support local schools!

yeah I would never use mazzio's again they told us an hour and 20 minutes then they said they called us twice and we have no missed calls from them I wouldn't even give them a rating they won't never get none of my business or any more of my

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MAZZIO'S I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. FOOD WAS UNDER COOKED. THE PLACE WAS FILTHY. MANAGER AND/OR OWNER (MIKE DAVID) DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NONEXISTENT. CALLING CORPORATE OFFICES TO INFORM THEM OF THE ISSUES!!!!!

We ordered sandwiches, which we love, my wife's was OK. Mine had so much sauce on it I just couldn't eat it. Even the bread was soggy with it. It nasty, and since I was at work, I couldn't go get anything else to eat. So I had nothing for lunch. Thanks Mazzios for the screw up!

i got a free mazzios pizza for my birthday, it was a small pizza it's great i got a free pizza but it's smaller then my pee

The food is good but not the best! Especially for the price there selling it for. I bought a salad that was 6.99 wanted to add sunflower seeds to it I couldn't, but the lady was nice enough to ring up a empty sauce cup so I could have em with my salad. But how tf does it go from 7 bucks to 11.42. Definitely not worth it. So great people but eh food.

I'm going to give this one 3 Stars because the salad was turning Brown and one of the employees dropped a piece of garlic bread on the floor right next to me an left it there and walked away and it was still there when I left. The pizza is still incomparable to dominoes Mazzios has the best pizza in my opinion.

I liked it, it just wasn't in the greatest condition The thin crust was not crisp just less of a thicker pizza

If you haven't tried their garlic parmesan wings, then what are you waiting for. I am a Wing Stop kind of girl, but I must say, I would eat these any day. Mazzios are juicer... though wing stop will sprinkle on extra parmesan without a charge.

The pizza is always really good, but the cinnamon. Breadsticks are either dry or too buttery.

Cooks were very rude because I asked to add cinnamon sticks to my order.

Placing the order: I tried to call the restaurant directly but the phone just rang and rang and rang. So I called the call center. I had to repeat several times my phone number and my order.Pickup: everything thing went smoothly.The food: well, my marinara was cold and I got 3 cups of sauce when I only ordered 2 (probably charged for 3). Cold marinara kinda ruined it for me.

Literally the best pizza I had. Even though I had to wait a hour to get it, it still came nice and hot

The pizza looks burnt and no selection just same couple of pies. Would not recommend.
